➑️ The library is πŸ₯ΆAIR-CONDITIONEDπŸ₯Ά. Please stop by, if for no other reason than to cool off. We've got lots of seating and the daily papers, magazines, cold water, and - if you dare - hot coffee and tea. Friendly, helpful staff, too!

🧸 HAPPENING NOW! ✨Riley Raccoon's Annual Stuffie Sleepover. Batten your hatches! These are some lively stuffies I have here.

🧸 MONDAY, July 13, 6:00-7:00 pm ✨Stuffie Slideshow and Pick-up. Stuffie owners: If you want, wear your pajamas when you pick up your stuffie! Watch a slideshow of everything those critters got up to the night before! (If you cant come at this time, come any time Tuesday or later. The slideshow will be posted on the website after this event.)

In an email last year, I included my "interpretation" of Teddy Bears Picnic in honor of the Stuffie Sleepover and today, I figured I'd drop it in once more... 😊
Teddy Bears Picnic

If you go out in the town today
you're in for a big surprise
If you go out in the town today
You'll never believe your eyes!
For every stuffie that ever was
Will gather at 38 Union because
4:30's the time the stuffies have their par-tee

Every stuffie who's ever been good is sure of a treat today
There's lots of marvelous things to eat and wonderful games to play
Inside the library where nobody sees
They'll hide and seek as long as they please
As long as Miss Judy stays awake for the par-teee

Sleepover night for Lyme stuffies
The little creatures will have a lovely time tonight
She'll watch them, catch them unawares
And see the silly photos on Monday

See them gaily gad about
They love to play and shout
They never have any cares
At six o'clock their mummies and daddies
Will trust them to Miss Ju-u-dy
'Cause they're tired little stuffie toys

They're tired little stuffie toys...
See you at soon!

Your library team,
Judy, Margaret, and Claire
