Novelist*: information about over 100,000 titles, includes full-text reviews. Also indexes books by author, genre, and subject to help patrons find books they would enjoy.

EBSCO Business Resources*: includes Business Source Premier – 2,300 journals covering business, marketing, management, finance, economics; Regional Business News – 75 US business journals, newspapers, and newswires.

NewsBank*: Manchester Union Leader,  Concord Monitor, and other American newspapers.

EBSCO Publications Database*: includes MasterFILE Premier – 1,750 general-interest magazines, books and images; Academic Search Premier – 4,500 journals; Newspaper Source – 28 national and international newspapers.

Genealogy

Heritage Quest*: over 25,000 genealogies online, including the entire U.S. Federal Census and PERSI(TM).  Access to this database, funded by the New Hampshire State Library, requires a password, but can be used from your home.  Call or come to the library to get the password.

Ancestry Library Edition: powered by Ancestry.com, delivers billions of records in census data, vital records, directories, photos, and more. Available free, at the library only (link works from the library, not from home).
